New York Nephrology is the combined force of the top two nephrology groups in the Capital District. Our areas of focus are broad, ranging from research to transplantation. You may have better known us as Capital District Renal Physicians, in business since 1974, or as Northeast Nephrology, who has served Rensselaer County since 1978. By merging, we together provide the widest coverage within the region. Our Board Certified physicians and advanced practice providers are dedicated to giving compassionate, innovative, high-quality healthcare to the residents of the capital district and surrounding communities. Our advanced practice providers work closely with our physicians in the office, hospital and dialysis units. They are a caring patient resource, available to answer questions and guide patients through the process of their treatment.
